We’ve launched a global campaign with War Child UK - The Story Campaign is a sharing of stories from children whose families, communities, and schools have been torn apart by war. We’ve raised $1 million for War Child UK to help keep these children safe and equip them with skills for the future.
The Album
To celebrate the 10-year anniversary of Brandi Carlile’s The Story, legendary and up-and-coming artists are covering the album in its entirety. All proceeds from this new interpretation of The Story will go to War Child UK. Dolly Parton, Adele, Pearl Jam, Kris Kristofferson, The Avett Brothers, Margo Price, and Jim James are some of the artists lending their voices to make music mean more.

We’re giving this all we got. This is a benefit album through and through - everyone involved in the making of it donated their time so that all of the proceeds can go to helping children in war-torn areas of the world. Getting the word out on this album is on us - will you help?
