Raising awareness for local grassroots organizations on the road…
The Cause Of The Day Campaign was inspired by the success of Sarah McLachlan’s Lilith Fair and its outreach. Driven by a desire to leave a lasting impact on the community before, during and after her tour bus left town, Brandi Carlile felt she had a social and moral responsibility to honor her fans on the road by giving something back to their local communities. The Cause Of The Day Campaign invited local, humanitarian focussed organizations to have an info stand at every concert and with the help of volunteers and our Brandi Carlile Street Team; we helped raise much needed awareness and funds. Cause Of The Day was launched on the Bear Creek Summer Revue Tour on June 20th 2012 and went on to spotlight over 30 local grassroots organizations, raising over $50,000.
