Afghanistan "Since going to the lessons Delaram has learnt so much and I can see that education is very important for her future." - Deleram's Mum.   Before she went to school, Delaram had wanted to be ‘a wife’ when she grew up. In this part of western Afghanistan, early (and arranged) marriages are common, and girls often become wives whilst they’re still in their early teens.

Fight The Fear Campaign Teams up with WAVE

FIGHT THE FEAR CAMPAIGN THE CAMPAIGNThe Fight the Fear Campaign is excited to announce that they'll be teaming up with The WAVE Foundation (Women Against Violence Everywhere). This new partnership will allow both organizations to increase their footprint and expand their educational programming across the region as they educate local youth about relationship violence, sexual assault awareness and self-defense. Over the next few months, The WAVE Foundation’s Braking the Cycle program and the Fight the Fear Campaign will be merged into a joint program.  Stay tuned for more details on this exciting evolution of our organization.
